Admin Officer (Finance) - Junior Position
Requirements:
* LCCI Diploma, or CAT qualification , ACCA, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year' of relevant working experience 
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
* Independent, meticulous and a team player


Position 2

Requirements:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Sales & Marketing

* Fair Background knowledge of the various course and its academic requirements

* Strong leadership qualities and able to drive the marketing team

* Able to work independently and is result oriented

* Must be Bilingual and strong in both spoken and written communication


Position 4
Course Consultant

Requirements:
* GCE "A" level with at least of 1 year of relevant experience
* Experienced in handling students enquiries an advantage
* Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
* Billingual in English and Mandarin
* Able to perform shift work

Position 5
Sales Manager
Job Description
Under general supervision, manages sales activities including supervision of contracts, direct sales, customer relations, and related financial performance. Supervises sales representatives and monitors sales in relation to goals. Prepares and delivers sales materials; attends exhibits and other promotional opportunities.

General

  1. Develops and supervises the preparation, issuance, and delivery of ales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs; prepares for the attends exhibits, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional, and national promotional opportunities.
  2. Sells to and maintains contract with major accounts.
  3. Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives for the unit; recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.
  4. Assists in the annual budget planning process and regularly monitors expenditures.
  5. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  6. To achieve the monthly sales targets.

Position 6
Sales Consultants
Requirements:

  1. To increase enrolment for both full-time and part-time courses.
  2. Supervises personnel which include recommenations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
  3. Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  4. Manages sales efforts, including activities of sales representatives (domestic and / or foreign commissioned), negotiation and sales functions, and monitoring of contracts.
  5. Training and monitoring of course consultant on products, sales techniques and communication skills.
  6. To set and ensure course consultants reach their sales target.
  7. To set ensure sales team are responsible in their presentation of the school and her courses.
  8. To ensure staff follows the S.O.P.

Position 7
Students Affairs
Requirements:

  1. Answer email enquiries.
  2. To handle student's complaints and refund cases.
  3. Ensure customer service satistaction.

Position 8
New Courses / Courses Administration
Requirements:

  1. To keep up to date on market demands and competition.
  2. To source out potential new courses.
