The student agrees to abide by the school rules and regulations. The School reserves the right to alter, or change any of the terms and conditions without informing he student when deemed necessary. The terms and conditions are as follows: |

Students wishing to study at the school on a full-time basis will enter into a contract with the school namely the Standard Student Contract. |
| ▪ |
The School's refund policies are spelt out below: |
| (a) |
Withdrawal for Cause: Subject to Clause 7 of the Standard Student Contract, the Student shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from the Course by giving written notice to the school of his/her intention to do so under the following circumstances: |

| (i) |
the School fails, for any reason, to commence the Course on the Commencement Date; |
| (ii) |
the School fails, for any reason, to complete the Course by the Completion Date; |
| (iii) |
the School terminates the Course for any reason prior to the completion of the Course; or |
| (iv) |
the School is in material breach of its obligations under this Agreement. |

| (b) |
Refunds for Withdrawal for Cause: the School shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the Student's notice of withdrawal under Clause 2.1 (and in any event no more than fourteen (14) days after receiving such notice) refund to the Student: |
|
| (i) |
the entire amount of the Tuition Fees and Deposit; and |
| (ii) |
the Non-Tuition Fees and /or Additional Fees*. |
|
| (c) |
Withdrawal Without Cause and Refunds: Where the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than set out in Clause 2.1 or Clause 7, the School shall, subject to Clause 3.4, as soon as practicable after receiving the Student's written notice of withdrawal (and in any event no more than fourteen (14) working days after receiving such notice) refund to the Student the entire amount (100%) of the Deposit (less all such deductions which the School is entitled to make in accordance with Clause 1.9) together with the following sums (less any applicable blank administrative charges properly paid / payable under Clause 3): |

Deemed Withdrawal: A Student who transfer from the Course to another course with the School shall, for the purposes of this Clause 2, be deemed to have withdrawn from the Course and the provisions of Clause 2.3 shall apply save as otherwise agreed between the School and the Student |

The School provides Service Guarantees to all students admitted to the school to pursue a study on any of its full-time course. Copy of the Serivce Guarantees is displayed on the notice board and can also be found in the Student Handbook |

The School transfer/ withdrawal policy including the procedures on transfer/withdrawal from existing course, refund policy, cancellation/transfer of Student's Pass and return of deposit are also spelt out in the Standard Student Contract, which is on display (refer to Advisory 2) |

The student is required to sit for the Quick Placement Test (QPT) to determine his/her suitable level. Copy of the QPT is on display |
| ▪ |
The School has in place a Student Protection Scheme as stipulated by Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE) by way of a Student Tuition Fee Account (Escrow) / Student Tuition Fee Insurance. The Standard Student Contract, on display, gives details of Escrow and insurance |

All personal data students disclose to the School are solely for the purposes of completing course submission. Any use of the information other than for the stated purposes will not be allowed without the prior consent of the students |

The School provides students with a protection scheme. The Student Protection Scheme is on display for general information |
| ▪ |
Images/ photographs/ pictures of the students are deemed property of the school and may be used for publicity purposes at its sole discretion |

The school online payment only accept VISA, MASTERCARD and E-NETS. |
