He started counselling at the JW Marritott Hotel in Orlando, USA and gained a valuable experience at the Walt Disney World , interacting with people over 121 countries.  At Cambridge, Sahul does individual counseling for students on issues relating to career,, personal and developmental and helps advise on issues that may have an impact on their studies, facilitates student learning for future decision making and problem solving.  Has well over 9 years of industry experience in Hospitality, Hotels and Academics from Europe, USA and Asia Pacific Region. 

Sahul holds a Swiss Higher Diploma from Swiss School of Hotel & Tourism Managment from Switzerland, and a Associate of Applied Science Degree in Hospitality from Orlando, Florida, USA.
