Student Pass Application To apply for the student pass, to apply for student pass extension and to cancel
Application for Student Pass Application
Cambridge Institute will submit the requisite forms and documents to ICA on applicant’s behalf. The application for Student’s Pass takes four (4) – eight (8) weeks.
Two weeks before your Student's Pass expires, you should inform the course consultant should you need to extend your Student's Pass.
You are required to pay your school and other fees before extension is granted.
Please bear in mind that you should have at least 90% of attendance in order to be approved for the extension of the Student's Pass.
Cancellation of Student's Pass
Students who wish to cancel their Student's Pass are required to obtain a Cancellation of a Student's Pass form from the school, to be given to the school's administrator together with the Student's Pass. School Administrator will then do the cancellation and a copy of approved cancellation letter will be given to student within two days from the date of cancellation. Student's Pass will be surrendered to ICA within 7 days after the cancellation.
